Thank you for considering shopping with us! Please kindly pay attention to the following before placing your order:

Color Display 

All our photos are taken by ourselves, we try to use natural light as much as possible. However there might be discrepancies due to screen resolutions. Please consult before ordering if you have particular request in colors. 

Tolerance of Error

All our merchandise are 100% hand made, every piece is unique. We try our best to check the qualities up front, however there might be slight differences in terms of color, size (+/-5%). Please consider before ordering and feel free to request additional photos or video before placing an order. 

Minimum Use of Chemicals

During the process of making, we try to reduce the use of chemicals to make our products more eco-friendly. This means some of these products might lose color during washing, which will improve after several washes. Please wash separately, lay flat to dry, or use profession dry clean.

Return and Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy in case of quality defects, which means you have 7 days after the item is delivered to inspect and request a return. 

We DO NOT accept returns for reasons other than quality defects. Please consult us carefully before placing orders to make sure you get sufficient information about the product. We are more than happy to provide additional information, photos and videos to assist your purchasing decision.

We CAN NOT accept returns due to change of heart, color differences or personal preferences. 

We have invested tremendous time and effort in making sure our products are of good quality and craftsmanship, and we are available at all times to answer any question you may have. Each single piece of our products has gone through strict quality check processes and hard work of dozens of artists and workers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hlifestyleshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
